As in the previous blog has mentioned that Chi is distinctively has two types, the positive auspicious and the negative inauspicious Chi where Chi is referring as the energy. Negative Chi in Feng Shui is referred to as “Sha Chi”. It refers to and explains as some “Killing Energy”.
Nothing much of this hidden but invisible powerful negative energy is “menacing” . From Feeng Shui’s perspectives, that is generated by the internal and external environment. The shape type of it is usually spiky and with a lot of power and energy within it.
These external “Sha Chi”, whether it be natural or man-made, from the Feng Shui points of view, it is not an to accept it. This is very much associated with various and different levels of negative suffrage ranging from serious headache, bad health, poor family relationship, weak and difficult financial condition at home or work the lists can go on and on. The worst and common case is that family members could suffer from severe illnesses such as cancer.
The most obvious “Sha Chi” comes from the following:
1. Sharp and Pointy Objects

Sharp and pointy objects such as roofs, Transmission tower, pole, angles of a building and an edge of buildings should be avoided – especially if they point at your windows, at your front door or back door at a 45- or 90-degree angle. This sharp edge will then send Sha Chi directly into your property. This is one of the Feng Shui ironic rules that has been associated with serious headache and sometimes, some other serious illness such cancer or easily miscarriage during pregnancy. It would be a great help if you have the option to block it with the help of trees, but only if the tree is growing high enough to obscure and block the sharp roof.
2. T-Junction
While considered as a problematic issue in Feng Shui, you do not want the T-Junction to be aligned with the front door of your house and property, as the “Sha Ch” is coming right into your home and causing excessive and invasive negative energy. It is not surprising that serious illnesses, surgical operations and car accidents are often seen and happen in this house.

Take note of your property in relation to the T-Junction: If your property is lower than the T-Junction (as in the above picture), and you are able to slow down the incoming Sha Chi towards your front door with a water feature or a wall or some bushes, then this is greatly relaxing the power of Sha Chi.
On the other hand if your property is not as high as the T-Junction you really have to worry because in such a case the Chi will be flowing into your property, regardless of how you try to block it.
3. Construction sites
Construction sites next to, or in the immediate vicinity of a property are also undesirable – but oftentimes unavoidable, especially in an urban environment.
The ground-breaking activity is the worst as it disturbs the Earth Sha Chi of the area. This Earth Sha Chi will only settle 6-12 months after ground-breaking activities have been finished.
We also want to avoid being in direct alignment with the construction cranes, since their sharp angles are considered Sha Qi. Cranes are movable, and so they can point at various sectors of your property even within just one day and affect more than one area of your home. It would further strengthen its Sha Chi if the Flying Star of Five Yellow Star landed at this site. Needless to say, there must be a lot of negative things that could be happening.
4. Electrical pylons

The Spiky electrical pylons are a frequently seen feature, especially in urban or semi-urban environments. The moment you see this from your property – especially from your main door – it will have some effect on you. The question is – how bad is it?
The most devastating effects are felt when the pylon is very close. “Close” in this context means that if the pylon fell down and “touched” your house, then it is considered to be close. Living that close to an electric pylon is highly detrimental to all your life goals and the only solution is to move away from it or to remove the pylons.
However, negative effects on your health, wealth and relationship can be felt when there’s such a pylon within the close-distance radius of your property.
If there is a water body, such as a large pond and lake, between your property and the pylon, the negative effects of the pylon are largely neutralised. Unless the water body and the pylon are located on the other side of the sector. Then they create an external “水火交戰之局 Fire – Water Clash” that will result in serious heart and eye issues for the occupants of this property.
5. Missing Sectors
None of the sector in the house should be missing, however the only sectors in a house that are allowed to be missing is that it is contented with negative energy–
For example, in these Eight White Cycles, the North East Sector of your house can not be missed as it has the richest auspicious power within it. Whereas, the Two Black Star can be accepted to be missed. ( This is the original House Flying Stars distribution, not the yearly concurrent Flying Stars)
6. An overly Yin Property
An overly Yin main door is one that has little to no access and lacks natural sunlight. Usually this happens only with landed property that is surrounded by tall leafy trees that can block out sunlight.

When this happens, the property itself becomes too Yin and people living here may feel lethargic, with little energy to spring into action, often they will lack ambition or drive. In extreme cases, severe depression and hallucination can ensue. Again, the solution is fairly simple – remove some of the trees so that sunlight can reach into the main door, into the house and, ideally, also some of the windows of the property.
Having exhibited some of these vital Feng Shui Sha Chi, it would be worth it for you to eye-search around your own place whether it shows signs of these hidden issues and then act on it as soon as you can before the negative the Sha Chi affects your life.
